Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.
Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item received. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jsquaredbrand.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and be happy to assist.
If the defect is confirmed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
